This section covers HO scale detail parts from A to G, starting with antennas and anti-climbers. The Sinclair antennas (A1, A12) and firecracker antennas (A13) are typical of North American diesel locomotives from the 1960s onward. The various anti-climbers (A2, A3, A4, A7, A9, A10) are specific to certain prototypes: ONR SD40-2, CNR SD & GP, GP38-2, and ACR SD40-2. These parts are cast in brass and require cleaning of flash and a primer before painting. Use them to replace molded-on details or to upgrade plastic shells. They suit HO scale models of EMD and Alco locomotives. Fit them with cyanoacrylate adhesive after preparing the mounting surface.

Also in this section are wheel slip indicators (A5, A14), which are small brackets that mount on the truck sideframe. The diesel air hoses (A16) are flexible and should be glued into the pilot holes. All weather windows (A15) are for cab sides; they are cast as clear or tinted glazing and need careful cutting to fit. The Alco air intake (A11) is for early Alco hood units. GP drop steps (A8) are for EMD GP series. These parts are small and delicate; use tweezers and a magnifier. Clean with a mild solvent, then prime. They are suitable for HO scale models of North American prototypes from the 1950s to 1980s.

The remaining items include bells and brake stands. High hood bell (B1) and F unit bell (B11) mount on the roof or hood top. The bell side mount (B12) is for attaching a bell to the side of a hood. Brake stand (B10) is for inside the cab or on the platform. These brass castings may have a sprue to cut off. File flat the mounting base. For installation, drill a small hole if needed, and use epoxy for a strong bond. They are suitable for HO scale diesel locomotives and cabooses. All parts in this section are designed to be painted with your chosen railroad colors. Use a metal primer for bare brass. No modifications are required for most plastic shells, but check clearance.
